Syllabi Request Form |

Syllabi are provided to
all students by their professors when they enroll in
the course, all students are highly encouraged to
maintain these official documents for transfer and
course credit at many institutions. Prior to
graduation, please see your professor for a
duplicate copy of your official syllabus. After
graduation, alumni will incur a processing charge of
$5.00 per syllabus requested for retrieval and
processing. VFMC only accepts money orders, which
should be made out to “Valley Forge Military
College.”
The form or release must be filled out with complete
addresses of schools or individuals to whom the
syllabus will be sent and the student must sign the
bottom of the form.
It is our policy to send historical syllabi within
3-5 days of request. All syllabi requests are
processed based upon current work demands. Syllabi
cannot be processed under any circumstance if the
student in question has a financial liability
towards the institution. It is crucial that you
insure adequate time for the requested syllabus to
reach its intended destination. A minimum of two
weeks is recommended. |

Transcript Request Form |

Transcripts are provided at no cost to cadets in residence until graduation day. After graduation, alumni will incur a processing charge of $5.00
per copy required with each request for transcripts. VFMC only accepts money orders, which should be made out to “Valley Forge Military College.” Under the provisions of the Privacy Act, transcripts may not be released to a third party without written authorization. To have a transcript sent to a school or to any external agency, except where required by law, you must fill out a Transcript Request Form or provide a signed release in writing. Forms are available on College Hill and on the VFMC website. This form is necessary to authorize VFMC to release this information about you.
