FINANCIAL AID

Studying in the U.S. can be an inspiring, exciting experience, but it can be difficult to finance. You may contact the Financial Aid Office at 1-800-234-8362 or FinancialAid@vfmac.edu for information about options that may be available to you.

There are limited scholarship opportunities for international students in the form of academic, athletic, marching band, choir and work-study scholarships. Because financial assistance for international students is extremely limited, a complete Financial Aid application must be submitted to VFMA&C by May 1 for the student to be considered for any institutional aid.

Cadet Health Insurance
All cadets must have health and accident insurance. Coverage through VFMA&C is available to international students who are without a valid medical insurance policy for the U.S. The fee for a student medical benefit plan is $900 per year. A brochure outlining coverage terms is available upon request.
